Where Scott Perry appears in Jeffrey Clark’s Jan. 6 deposition

During its final scheduled hearing on Monday, the House Jan. 6 Committee recommended midstate congressman Scott Perry face sanctions from the House Ethics Committee for refusing a subpoena to testify about his role in helping former President Donald Trump stay in office – despite losing the 2020 election.

The committee has shown interest in Perry’s role in Trump’s attempt to overturn election results. It has focused on Perry introducing Trump to former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark, who planned to aide Trump’s fake electors scheme by challenging election results, despite no proof of election fraud. Trump’s plan failed when DOJ officials threatened to resign if Trump appointed Clark to Attorney General.

Clark testified before the committee twice: in November 2021 and again in February 2022 – four months before his home was raided by the FBI as part of an unknown investigation.

Here are the times Perry’s mentioned during Clark’s testimony.
