TONIGHT: Overcast, Mild. Lo 73. Winds E 5 mph.
SUNDAY: Overcast, Widespread Storms. Hi 81. Lo 71.
MONDAY: Partly Cloud. Hi 82. Lo 66.
We managed to stay rain-free for the most-part Saturday, as highs touched 90 for the fourth day in a row. Lows will drop into a comfortable low 70s range overnight ahead of a day of stormy weather.
Things get interesting heading into Sunday. A passing cold front will trigger rounds of showers and thunderstorms to move through the Midstate throughout the day on Sunday. There is extremely limited potential for some severe weather Sunday, although the bulk of the threat remains out of the viewing area. Any strong storms we do get will consist of damaging winds and maybe some hail. We will continue to update you on Sunday's events as they evolve.
Beyond Sunday, next week will start off warm but nice in the mid 80s before warming back into the 90s by Wednesday. Lows hover around 70. Rain chances remain at a minimum and nothing major is expected in the near future next week.
