More rain through Sunday as remnants of Ophelia move into Mid Atlantic

TONIGHT: Rainy, cool. Lo 58. Winds NE 10-15.

SUNDAY: Showery, Overcast. Hi 62. Lo 56.

MONDAY: Cloudy. Hi b62. Lo 56.

Some of us got healthy doses of rain today! Harrisburg alone got over 1" of rain over the past 24 hours, a trend likely similar in places across the Midstate. Shower activity will continue throughout Saturday night into Sunday. Lows sit in the upper 50s overnight.

The movement of the remnants of Ophelia, now a tropical depression, into the Mid Atlantic will bring yet another day of rain Sunday. Latest tracks have put the center of circulation away from the Midstate and closer to New Jersey, but the only major effect should be a little less rain accumulated. We're still expecting totals around 1-2" in many places, and locally higher in others. Things start to clear out Monday, with drier and nicer weather on tap. Highs slowly crawl from the low 60s early next week into the 70s by next Friday. Lows sit in the 50s throughout next week. Great weather coming up!
