HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Today we honor Sergeant Jessica Unseth from Carlisle who served in the U.S. Navy from 2013 to 2018 and was deployed to Vietnam and Okinawa in 2017.
She is pursuing a civil engineering degree in Texas.
