Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodent activity (less than 10 rodent droppings) in the rear food storage area.

Can opener blade, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. The handwash sink located in the food preparation area does not have water at a temperature of at least 85°F. The water temperature was 52°F at the time of inspection.
